FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Members who are 6-years old at the time of registration are NOT required to pay any of the below fees due to DCF regulations

*Summer Program Fee Required for ALL Members*

If your child will be attending Club (Hartford Jackson or West Bend) between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00am, please submit a morning program payment.
