Jay Fisher - Executive Director
Jay has worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs since 1990. He started in Milwaukee as a Program Director and then moved to Rockford as their Executive Director. He started the Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington County in 1998 and has been our Executive Director since the beginning. Jay is married and has six kids. He enjoys all kinds of sports and spending time with family.
Marisa Hurst - Director of Operations
Marisa first worked for the Boys and Girls club in 2012 at the West Bend location as the front desk staff, then as a program staff, and finally as the teen coordinator. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in social work and also received her state certification as a Social Worker. Marisa has worked with families experiencing a housing crisis in Washington County and helped the youth of Milwaukee County experiencing legal issues. She was previously the Jackson Unit Director for four years and is excited to take on the new role of Director of Operations to continue her passion of helping children.
Ashlyn Poling - West Bend Unit Director

Ashlyn started working at the Boys & Girls Club in August of 2020, but she has been working with children since she was 15 where her first job was a swim lessons instructor for kids at the YMCA. Ashlyn worked as Teen Coordinator at the West Bend club while finishing her Bachelor's Degree of Psychology which she graduated with in 2021 from Coastal Carolina University. Soon after she took on her current role of Program Development and Teen Director.

Ashlyn enjoys travelling, whether it be home to West Virginia or to the beach. She spends most of her free time with her pup Forest or lifting weights in the gym.

Becca Meyer - Program & Operations Manager
Becca has been with the Clubs since 2014. She served as program staff between 2014-2016, our Teen coordinator in 2016-2018, and Kewaskum Unit Director from 2018-2020. Becca graduated from Moraine Park Tech College with a degree in Accounting.  Becca enjoys her free time riding in local rodeos with her horse Kadence and being in the outdoors hunting every chance she gets. She is excited to get to know the members and their families and watch them grow and become outstanding member without the years to come.
Erik Green - Be Great Graduate Director
Erik first joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of Washington County as a volunteer in February of 2018. In the two years that have followed, he has performed many different roles with our organization. He was the Unit Director in Hartford and helped facilitate a location change from our old building into Lincoln Elementary School where he has also regularly volunteered since 2016. He now runs the “Be Great Graduate” program and is our Teen Services Director.

Varyl Prescott - Kewaskum Morning Site Manager

Varyl Prescott joined the Club in 2021. For 10 years prior to this, she worked at a local TV station as an Emmy-nominated Producer and Administrator. Varyl obtained justice for nearly 3,000 families and collected over 1M dollars for our communities. Being a liaison for the families helped prepare her for her role here. She was an advocate for the families then, and she is an advocate for the families now.

Her children were once members of the Boys & Girls Club. Now successful adults, they often share the significance of the club and how it impacted their lives. For Varyl, the club provided a safe and comforting place for her children, giving her the ability to pursue her career and provide her family. Having this opportunity has allowed Varyl to experience the full circle of the Club's mission – “Making a Positive Impact in the World”.

Currently, Varyl and her husband reside in a Farmhouse with chickens and our dog Molly. In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, crocheting, cooking, music, and nature.

Brianna Taylor - Kewaskum Unit Director

Brianna has been part of our staff since she was a Junior at Kewaskum High School. Brianna began working as a youth development professional at our Kewaskum Club location.

Over the last eight years, Brianna continued working for the Club, serving also as a Senior Youth Development Professional, the Kewaskum Site Manager, and most recently serving as an Assistant Director for School Site Operations. After graduating high school, Brianna completed four years at UWM, pursuing a degree in education.

Brianna became the Kewaskum Unit Director in the fall of 2023. Brianna also helps the Club with her talents in graphic design.
